MANUFACTURING FAQ

How can I get a quote and place an order for a prototype?

In order to get a quote for your prototype design, you will first need to visit www.1800center.com. There you will find the tools you need to turn your project into a reality.

Once on our website, you will find a comprehensive list of the kinds of construction methods that we can use to build your prototypes, along with material lists and everything else you will need to build your project. Once you’ve decided what services that you will need to complete your project, upload the required documents to the Dropbox and submit them to us. You will also need to fill the contact information section out so that we can continue moving forward with the work.

Once you have submitted the correct information, you will receive a confirmation email shortly to ensure that it went through. If you get nothing, contact our customer service so they can look at the issue (though check your spam folder first). You will hear back from a customer service representative once the quoting process is completed. You will then discuss the details of the project and work out any loose ends.

After we have reached an agreement about the quote, your prototype will be listed as a product on Bwanaz.com. In order to place an order for those prototypes, you will need to complete the advance payment on Bwanaz.com. If you already haven’t by this point, register yourself as a buyer on Bwanaz so that you will be able to make the payment.

What file formats do we accept through drop box?

Currently, our website is set up in order to accept the following file formats:

Please ensure that when submitting your file that they are in one of these formats. If they are not, the file will not be accepted, and the order will not go through.

What types of construction materials do we offer?
